On behalf of the Port of Gdynia Authority, Colas Rail Polska performs construction works related to the expansion of railway access to the western part of the Port of Gdynia. The value of the investment amounts to over 53 million PLN.
The subject matter of the contract is the execution of construction works within the framework of the investment project under the title of: Extension of railway access to the western part of the Port of Gdynia - reconstruction and electrification", which is to be carried out on the basis of project documentation entitled: "Development of railway access to the western part of the Port of Gdynia - reconstruction and electrification": "Reconstruction and electrification of the external track system of the Intermodal Railway Terminal and the access track No. 38 in the Port of Gdynia together with the construction of railway traffic control equipment".
The investment includes, among others
- The investment includes, among others: reconstruction of about 6 km of track and 12 turnouts together with the substructure and drainage.
- construction of the overhead contact line over all tracks
- construction of a railway traffic control system (srk) with adaptation and equipment for srk rooms in an existing building.
